Enhancements to Version 1.07 released on 23 May 2005

The following enhancements have been released in this version:

1. Enhanced the formatting of text boxes throughout the system to automatically group numbers into groups of three, separated by commas.
2. Enhanced the formatting of numbers in grids throughout the system to automatically group numbers into groups of three, separated by commas.
3. Added functionality to format locked cells in funding application using grey text so the user can immediately see which cells are locked.
4. Added functionality for a provincial manager to capture and recommend forms on behalf of the municipal manager without having to use an alternate login.
5. Updated user manual.
